How email inquiries and website visits are handled, and the rights you have over your personal data.

The email draft helper. The fields on our homepage prepare an email draft on your device. They are not submitted to a form service or saved by this site. Your email application handles the draft when you choose to open it. We receive your page URL, selected language, content status, reply address and notes only if you send the email. Please include only information needed for the inquiry.
Email inquiries. We use the information you send to reply, assess your request, provide a sample review and, if requested, prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). If you send attachments, their contents form part of the inquiry.
Website visits. The hosting provider may process technical logs, such as an IP address, requested page and access time, to deliver and secure the website. This is separate from the email draft helper. The legal basis for security processing is our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure, available site (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Retention. Requests that do not lead to a contract are kept for a maximum of 12 months. If we work together, we keep data for the length of that relationship plus any legal tax, accounting or liability periods that apply.
Recipients. We do not sell data. It may be processed by the hosting and email providers we rely on to run this site, and by authorities where the law requires it.
Providers and transfers. Fonts are served from this website; visiting a page does not request fonts from Google. Hosting and email providers may process data where their services operate. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, the applicable GDPR transfer requirements must be met. You may contact us for details of the providers and safeguards used for your inquiry.
Your rights. You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to info@miradorarchipel.com or bonjour@editconduit.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
Minors. Please do not submit someone else's details without their permission. This inquiry service is not directed at anyone under 14 without a parent or guardian involved. We apply reasonable security measures and update this policy when needed.
